Is there an upfront fee to build the website?
No. The design and build are included in your subscription. Your first Quarterly payment of $405 XCD gets the work started.
Why can't I start on Monthly?
The first three months cover planning, design, building and launch. Starting on Quarterly, 6 Months or Yearly means your site is properly finished before you move to a more flexible option.
Will my business show up on Google?
Every package includes SEO optimization. Each page gets proper titles, descriptions and keywords, your site is submitted to Google through Search Console, and your Google Business Profile is linked so you appear in local searches and on Google Maps. No one can promise the number one spot, but your site is set up to be found.
Is my website secure?
Yes. Every site runs on secure hosting with SSL encryption, so data sent through your site is protected and visitors see the padlock in their browser. Contact forms have spam protection, and your site is backed up regularly so it can be restored quickly if anything goes wrong.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep your website files and your domain name. They were yours from the start. Savvy Tech will hand over everything you need to move to any host you choose. On the Yearly plan, cancelling before the 12 months end carries an early cancellation fee of $30 XCD for each month used, and the rest of your payment is refunded.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. After your first quarter you can move between Monthly, Quarterly, 6 Months and Yearly. The new rate starts at your next billing date.
How do I request changes to my site?
Send a WhatsApp message or email with what you want updated, such as new photos, prices or opening hours, and it will be handled for you as part of your plan.
